Requesting an Agenda item

Please reach us at  if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Use the "Request" button below to be directed to the form for requesting agenda items.

Submit your request as early as possible to allow the meeting organizer enough time to review and potentially include it in the agenda. Deadlines for agenda item requests may vary, so check with the organizer for specific timelines.

Yes, you can request multiple agenda items for a meeting. However, it's important to prioritize your requests and ensure they are relevant to the meeting's overall goals and objectives.

If your agenda item is not included in the meeting agenda, you can follow up with the meeting organizer to understand the reasons why. They may provide feedback or suggest alternative ways to address your topic.

If you need to add an urgent agenda item after the agenda has been finalized, reach out to the meeting organizer immediately. They will assess the urgency of the request and determine if the item can be accommodated.
